Crazy Cash Points is the new bonus system from Crazy Factory!
You now automatically collect Crazy Cash Points with every order.
This service is free of charge and does not require you to re-register, provided you already have a customer account.
Our bonus system rewards you for every purchase, for uploading action shots and for participating in various special promotions.
100 Crazy Cash Points are equal to €1.00 = (100 cents).
How many points do I get for what?
A. For orders
For every purchase you receive 5% of the value of the goods (excluding delivery charges) in the form of Crazy Cash Points.
The points are credited to you as soon as we have received payment for your order. These points can then be redeemed against your next order!
Example:
You make a purchase totalling €20.00, with another €5.00 in delivery charges, giving a total price of €25.00 for your order.
For the total value of the goods (€20.00) you get a 5% Crazy Cash Point Bonus and so you receive a gift of 100 Crazy Cash Points totalling €1.00! You can then redeem this €1.00 on your next purchase.
B. For uploading action shots
Every customer has the opportunity to upload their own photos of items purchased from Crazy Factory.
For each action shot that is accepted you receive 10 Crazy Cash Points = €0.10 (10 cents).
C. Occasional special promotions
From time to time there will be special promotions for which your participation is rewarded with points.
These promotions can take the form of competitions, customer surveys and much more besides!

D. Newsletter
You receive 50 Crazy Cash Points = €0.50 (50 cents) for reading our newsletter. Follow the instructions in the newsletter to ensure that the points are credited to your account.

How can I view my points status?
- Your current Crazy Cash Points points status can be found in your customer account. You can view your current points status, which is also simultaneously displayed in Euro.
How do I redeem Crazy Cash Points?
- You can redeem any number of Crazy Cash Points with each order.
Just use the relevant function in the shopping cart.
For technical reasons we regret that it is not possible to redeem Crazy Cash Points retrospectively once an order has been completed.
Can I transfer bonus points or collect with a group?
- It is not possible to transfer Crazy Cash Points. Only you can redeem the points that you have acquired. Unfortunately it is not possible to collect points as a group.
Is it possible to redeem the points for cash?
- You cannot receive a cash payment for your points. Bonus points can only be redeemed in the Crazy Factory shop.
