Accessibility Statement

Crazy Factory International GmbH is committed to meeting and exceeding digital accessibility standards. We adhere to the requirements of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) Version 2.2 Level AA and the European standard EN 301 549 v.3.2.1.

Many of our core features are already fully functional, but some criteria have not yet been fully met. We are continuously improving the areas that still need work to create a fully inclusive shopping experience.

Opportunities for Improvement

Contrast and Color Schemes: Some text and interface elements in the store (particularly in banners or product categories) do not yet consistently meet the minimum contrast requirements.
Controls & Forms: Individual form fields or interactive filter functions (e.g., in the product filter or our “DESIGN IT!” configurator) may not be fully labeled for users of screen readers or those who navigate the site using only the keyboard.
Image descriptions: Since our product range consists of thousands of piercing and fashion jewelry items, not all product images have complete alternative text (alt text) throughout.
PDF documents: Older documents available for download (including instructions) may not be formatted to be accessible.

We are constantly working to break down these barriers and improve the usability of our store for everyone.
