How to order?

If you are new to this website, the best way to get started is to create a customer account. Registration is free, of course, and you don't commit yourself to anything at all by it. The advantage is that you can save your data immediately and you don't have to enter them again for new orders. Furthermore, your shopping cart will be saved. You can put articles into the shopping cart and if you log-in the following day, they will still be there. Thus it's comfortable for you to fill the shopping cart over a longer period of time. We will treat your data confidentially and we will not pass it on to a third party.

There are different ways to get to the items. The best known way is, of course, to just surf through the categories listed on the left. We hope to have found a pleasant category structure which makes it possible for you to find the articles you are looking for quickly.

Our online catalog is an optically interesting alternative. You will find it under the matching link below the categories. Initially you see here previews of the particular catalog pages. Have patience, depending on your internet connection, the loading process can take some time. If you klick on one of the previews now, the matching catalog page is being opened. If you are interested in a certain product, simply click on the photo of the item. A new window will pop up and you will be redirected immediately to this article in the online store. Here you can choose your version (size, color, etc.) of the item and put it into the shopping cart.

Besides, in the right box of the online store you have three search boxes, where you can search certain items. In the box "keyword" you can search for instance after "Labret" or "Gold". A list with all labrets and all articles of gold respectiveley, will be shown. With the search box "article code" you can search for specific articles and on the search box "catalog page" all articles of the matching catalog page will be shown.

If you have filled your shopping basket with the articles requested, klick on the file card above "checkout". Then, please go through the following steps (type of delivery and requested way of payment) and check again all data on the last page (especially the delivery address), before you complete your order.

After the order you will receive an order confirmation. We will email you the state of your order, after receipt of your payment and after sending out your order.

Another alternative, if you don't want to order via our internet store, you have the possibility to send us your order via email. In this case we require you to add to your order a text file (for example excel or word) with all relevant information like color, size and amount. As such an order is usually quite error-prone, we recommend you to rather order via our internet store.
