How to return goods:

It is easy to return your items back to Crazy Factory.
In a couple of steps you can create your personal return form.

Please log on to the website and enter your account (“My account” on the top of the page).
Search for the menu entry “Returns” and click on it.
You can now select all the items you want to return to us.
With only a few clicks you can finalise your return order and create your personal return form.

The status of your return can be found in the menu "All my returns".
