Our goal is that you are completely satisfied with our piercing and jewellery articles. Of course, you have the right to return all unused items within 14-days.
In the event of a broken, missing or incorrectly delivered item, please always first contact our customer support via email at firstname.lastname@example.org
Our support staff will assist you with the procedure in order to find a quick and easy resolution.
PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING FOR YOUR RETURN (WITHDRAWAL FROM THE PURCHASE CONTRACT)
- Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery
- The articles must be unused for hygienic reasons
- The articles must be in the undamaged original packaging
- All goods must be packed securely, and the envelope should be padded
- Unfortunately, we do not cover postage costs for the return. Please make sure you have sufficient postage on your envelope!
The following applies to all returns: We will reimburse the purchase price of the returned items in the same way that you paid the goods with (e.g., PayPal, credit card, bank transfer, etc.). Alternatively, the amount will be credited to your customer account as Crazy Cash Points (store credit points for our online shop) for your next purchase. The exchange of items with identical ones is also possible. Important information: Unfortunately, it is not possible to exchange for other items or to change size, colour, length, etc. In such cases, please simply place a new order and send the unwanted goods back to us. We will then refund the purchase price.
HOW TO SEND GOODS BACK (WITH A CUSTOMER ACCOUNT)
To return items to our logistics center, first log in to our website with your email address and password. If you do not have a customer account, please read the instructions below (guest order).Then, please follow these steps:
- Select "My Account" in the menu bar (indicated by your name).
- Select "My Orders" in the customer account.
- Select order and click on "Return items".
- Select the number of items you want to return.
- Select the reason for the return.
- Select whether you want a new delivery or a refund of the order value.
- Complete the return order and print out your personal return slip. (If you are unable to print, please add a piece of paper with your handwritten return number and order number.)
- Finally, package it well and send it with sufficient postage by post.
Under "Previous Returns" you will find the latest information on the status of your return.
RETURNS WITHOUT A CUSTOMER ACCOUNT (GUEST ORDER)
If you have placed an order with us as a guest for which no customer account has been created, we ask you to proceed as follows:Please add the following information to the envelope on a note with your return:
- Order number (please make absolutely sure that it is stated correctly and clearly legible; otherwise, we will unfortunately not be able to correctly process your return).
- Number and product code of the items that you want to return
- Reason for the return
- Info whether you want a new delivery or a refund of the order value. Important: If you have paid by bank transfer, we absolutely need your bank details for a requested reimbursement!
- And then send it well packaged and with sufficient postage by post.

MORE IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
- The processing time of your return is 2-7 days after the parcel reaches us. We will inform you by email as soon as we start processing your return.
- If you have opted for a refund, it can take up to 10 days, depending on the payment option (e.g., PayPal, credit card, bank transfer, etc.), until the funds are credited.
- Returns with insufficient postage cannot be accepted and will go back to the sender.
- Products that you created yourself (for example, from our Design It! product configurator) are individually produced and are therefore unfortunately excluded from being exchanged.
