Shipping

We usually ship your order 2-3 working days after payment is complete. It then takes approx. 4-7 working days for our delivery to reach you.

Free shipping on orders of 29.00 € or more

Orders of 29.00 € or more are shipped free of charge, worldwide! For smaller orders, shipping charges are 3.90 € - so you're better off ordering a little more.

ORDERS TO GREAT BRITAIN

As Great Britain has left the European Union (Brexit), please consider the following special circumstances: For orders up to £162 no further charges will be levied - we handle all customs and taxes for you.

All orders above this threshhold will be delivered to you from Switzerland and we will not handle customs or VAT for you (DAP shipment/net prices only). The total purchasing price will be reduced by the applicable VAT and you will be informed about this in the checkout. You are responsible yourself for importing the goods into the United Kingdom and will be charged applicable taxes and customs duties.

As the most affordable piercing shop online, all Crazy Factory products are eligble for the Norwegian VOEC (VAT On E-Commerce) scheme. We collect the usual 25% VAT directly at the checkout, and handle all the necessary import formalities for Norwegian customers.

All orders destined for Switzerland are free of any further charges. Orders made in our webshop will not require payment of customs or VAT upon receipt of the order

If you are ordering from outside the European Union, Great Britain or Switzerland, please note the following: local charges such as taxes or customs dues may be levied upon importing your goods. Please request further information from your local authorities. Most customs offices and postal agencies offer information on e-commerce orders from abroad.
